Villa Anna is luxury and elegantly designed villa with pool located in the coastal village of Splitska, Brac island. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms, outdoor shower, infinity pool, Jacuzzi for 6 persons, outdoor built in stone BBQ, terraces.
On the ground level there is a kitchen with dining and living area, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen is equipped with appliances from leading manufacturers and it includes a built-in microwave oven, wine cooler and ice maker.
An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. These have superb audio-video equipment, underfloor heating (bathrooms too) and inverter air conditioners.
Outside on the sun deck area there is a splendid covered dining area, a pool deck area complete with a number of sun loungers for guests to sunbathe on whilst enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and mainland.
The villa would suit a large family, two families travelling together or a group of friends looking to stay in a modern attractive villa on one of Croatia’s most popular islands. Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace which makes up Split old town.
