Villa Zemlja is a secluded is a newly built but traditional stone house with a private pool in the rural area of Makarska hinterland, in a small village named Zmijavci. A perfect place for a family and friends gathering for a holiday.

Fully equipped with all needed amenities, fully airconditioned, free WiFi, and all modern guest needs for a perfect holiday in this unique and peaceful environment near small town Imotski. Surrounded by greenery offering absolute privacy, a lot of walking and cycling trails, giving you a direct connection to the unspoiled nature of Dalmatian countryside where you can even see a donkey and sheep on the neighbour's plot.

Villa Zemlja is a traditional stone house with a lot of natural light throughout, offering a lot of different areas for a comfortable stay for max 9 people. The owners are very friendly and live a few minutes away, they will meet you at the property giving you lots of useful information about the area and tips about recommended places to visit.

The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool, 8 deck chairs with sun umbrellas, a lounge corner, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue area, dining tables, a TV, and a separate toilet. There is a playground in front of the house with a slide, trampoline, and table soccer. The outdoor area is very spacious and filled with many flower pots and lovely details, in the evening it is all nicely lit.

The ground floor offers a spacious living and dining area that is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for your cooking expertise, a dining table for 10 people, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. There is a family bathroom with a shower. The indoor staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the first floor.

The first floor offers fully air-conditioned 4 bedrooms and 3 separate family bathrooms with showers: Bedroom No1 with queen size bed, Bedroom No2 with two single beds  (can connect into a double) and a balcony. Bedroom No3 with a bunk bed . Bedroom No4 with queen size bed and a balcony with outdoor stairs to the ground floor level.

Few more steps to get to the gallery with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a Play Station 4, a perfect spot for teenagers or whoever feels like that.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and you are located only 10 km from the natural phenomenon Red Lake and Blue Lake in Imotski, The most beautiful beaches in Makarska Riviera and Baška Voda are about a 25 minute drive away, both known for their good nightlife and huge gastro offer.

The nearby river Cetina and its waterfalls you will find plenty of opportunities for rafting and kayaking. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park called Biokovo just above Makarska, the view from this mountain is amazing, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so each visit to Biokovo provides a unique experience. It is characterized by geomorphological phenomena and you can visit a new attraction from the East side of Biokovo, a Skywalk Biokovo, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views.
