Located at the top of the ROGAČ IV street overviewing the sandy beach and village, surrounded with typical Mediterranean vegetation offering a quiet and peaceful stay for you and your family.
The ground-floor offers a contemporary and stylish open concept kitchen and living room with feature external glass walls, amazing panoramic views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay, a dining table for 8, living area with sofa, smart TV, free WiFi, fully airconditioned with a direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private with salt electrolysis systems, 6 deck chairs, sun umbrella, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area for 8 persons, and a barbecue. A few steps down behind the pool takes you to the gym with a pilates ball, treadmill, and few weights. A separate toilet.
The first floor offers 4 airconditioned bedrooms with sea and island views from each bedroom. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed, en-suite with bathtub and a shower. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No3 with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No4 with king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 2 cars and a car is recommended (1 place in the garage and 2 on the private plot).
