The lower ground floor offers a spacious Bedroom No1 with king-size bed , a futon, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, and exit to a terrace with a table for two. At this level, there is a separate Toilet, approachable from the hallway.

The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) with a Master bedroom No2 with king-size bed with A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with sea and pool views.

Few steps up from this level take you to the first-floor level offering Bedroom No3 with king-size bed with a balcony and sea views, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower with its own exit to the balcony; a Bedroom No4 with king-size bed, a futon, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. Villa Plaza Duce is positioned above the coastal road in Duće, and there are 4 garage places secured. The property size is 660 sqm and is fully fenced (the villa itself is 290sqm). Villa has located nearby small town Omiš and Cetina river (2 km far) that offers many sandy and pebble beaches, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea that is very inviting. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets.

The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away from the famous town Split with its great history or the town Trogir 45min away, and up to 1.5-hour drive to visit beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (38km).
