All that villa offers is yours privately and is located at 1st FLOOR : Bedroom No1 with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No2 with double bed, Bedroom No3 with a double bed + 1 single bed and exit to balcony and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and exit to balcony with stepper and pilates ball. Living area with the possibility to open in a sofa bed (2 people), dining area and very luxury equipped kitchen with exit to open terrace with another outdoor dining area with barbecue, this is a top place where you have absolute privacy and it is very quiet. There are 2 bathrooms with shower (one is a family bathroom and one is en-suite in one double bed bedroom).
Activities in Split
Villa is located 50 m from river Žrnovnica with beautiful landscape and walking path where you have the opportunity to walk or run toward golf court in Stobreč, there is also a tennis court which you can rent for recreation, or to try horse riding along the trail next to river just across the street, and a playground for children .
There is a public transport toward Split every hour, restaurants are 1 km far and the nearest grocery store is 200 m far.
