On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area plus shower room.On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms with a shared sweeping balcony, 1 single bedroom and 2 shower rooms. All bedrooms feature the benefit of air conditioning. There is also a pool table in the hall of the first floor landing area for added enjoyment.
Outside there is an inviting terrace with a stone built in barbecue area overlooking the private pool, complimented by a garden with vegetables.
For Pula Beaches
For days out, there are two beaches within close proximity, the historical city of Pula is just a short drive away as well as the lovely town of Fazana where you can take a boat trip to the Brijuni islands. Picturesque Rovinj can also be reached within a short drive making this villa an excellent base from which to discover this beautiful part of Croatia.
