Villa Roxy is a fabulous 4 bedroom villa located in Ayia Napa, spacious both inside and outside and just a few minutes walk to the closest beach and amenities.
Downstairs, the villa has a generous living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen TV offering ample seating. Leading off from living room is the large kitchen with an extra dining table with seating for 8, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. You will also find one of the twin bedrooms and a separate WC on this floor.
Upstairs, off of the large hallway with dressing area you will find a 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and separate dressing area. There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a twin. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets and balcony or garden access. You will also find the family bathroom which has a bathtub with overhead shower on this floor.
