Inside, the villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, It is composed of 2 self-contained units (connected by an external passage, and not internally) rented as a whole, unique villa for 8 guests to benefit from common space and exclusive use of the pool, while having privacy at night or when required. The main unit is composed of 2 large bedrooms (one double and one twin), a family shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area and a lounge with sofas. The smaller unit consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and its own kitchenette as well as a further double bedroom with independent access. The property has been totally renovated to an incredibly high standard and is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price). Regular maid service as well as linen, towels and pool towels are included.
Outside the villa offers the truly unique bonus of a newly added swimming pool, surrounded by gardens with lawn, sunbathing terraces and lemon trees: a true rarity for a house in such a central location! The private pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols. For the lovers of al fresco dining, a barbecue with outside dining area is provided.
