Villa Lucas is a delightfully sweet, traditional, and welcoming villa with a private pool perfectly located within the village of Melidoni, in the area of Bali, offering sophisticated interiors and a friendly Cretan atmosphere. Ideal for parties up to 6/8 guests, this villa has just been completely renovated making wide use of traditional features and modern comforts.

Villa Lucas is set to impress. Set close to local small shops, bakery and taverna, this property is the ideal choice for all those who don't want to rely constantly on a car, yet the amazing beaches of Panormos and Bali are just a 10 minutes' drive away.

Inside, the villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, It is composed of 2 self-contained units (connected by an external passage, and not internally) rented as a whole, unique villa for 8 guests to benefit from common space and exclusive use of the pool, while having privacy at night or when required. The main unit is composed of 2 large bedrooms (one double and one twin), a family shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area and a lounge with sofas. The smaller unit consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and its own kitchenette as well as a further double bedroom with independent access. The property has been totally renovated to an incredibly high standard and is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price). Regular maid service as well as linen, towels and pool towels are included.  

Outside the villa offers the truly unique bonus of a newly added swimming pool, surrounded by gardens with lawn, sunbathing terraces and lemon trees: a true rarity for a house in such a central location! The private pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols. For the lovers of al fresco dining, a barbecue with outside dining area is provided.

Liked the fact that the Villa had 2 separate parts to the villa, which worked well with our group . The cleanliness of the Villas and pool was excellent . driving directions were so easy and we met the owners , who welcomed us with homemade cake and couldn't be more helpful .Really great holiday, we will be back !!

This Villa truly gave the best experience for life in a Greek Village, the church bells and the local tavernas and local bar. The Village had the best Baklava ice-creams. Great location as just 10 mins to the beach, and 25 minutes to Rethymno. Great experience.
