The villa is set within private beautifully landscaped garden areas, lovingly tended to by the owner, with feature palm trees, plants and species from all around the world. The extensive lawn area has swings and a slide for children to enjoy.

The crystal clear swimming pool and the patio, the outdoor sitting areas with all the necessary amenities such as comfortable sunbeds, a pergola, a hammock and a rustic dining area can guarantee a relaxing experience for you and your loved ones.
Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, with the 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor, both overlooking the garden/pool area. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, WC and basin. The large main bedroom comprises a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds, with both bedrooms benefiting from external balcony areas. There is an additional sofa bed in the living area. All bedrooms have substantial wardrobe/storage space.
The beautiful fully private pool area is styled in a modern fashion with mosaic tiling. Adjacent to the pool is a stunning pergola area, ideal for those lazy summer days and warm evening aperitifs. A huge external kitchen is also available for use by the guests and houses a BBQ, Pizza oven, sink & preparation area and an Al Fresco dining area.
Villa Astrae is located in a secluded area yet close enough to the airport (less than 1,5 km away) and within a 5-10’ drive you have access to the most exotic beaches of the island.
