Villa Cerrinho is located in the Cerro de Águia area, just a few minutes away from Sao Rafael beach.
When arriving at the property guests are greeted by a bright, open space complete with comfortable living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are spread across this single floor villa and the master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms offer twin beds and a share family bathroom. Outside of the property there is a swimming pool, a surrounding terrace, garden, barbecue and exterior shower.
Villa Cerrinho is close to restaurants and to shopping facilities.
