The immaculate 2-bedroom townhouses, with a bright open living area on the ground floor, have been designed to the highest standard, benefiting from a cool and breezy beach-inspired look. The property is fully furnished and equipped (including Nespresso coffee machine and a wine fridge). A separate guest toilet can be found on the ground floor as well as the washing machine and dryer in a separate compartment. On the first floor, the comfortable bedrooms have individual en-suite bathrooms (bathtub or shower). The properties are equipped with air conditioning as well as separate electric underfloor heating throughout, in order to create the perfect room climate and temperature.
