The 3-bedroom (170m2) duplex townhouses are of the same spacious and contemporary design, they have large stylish living room with dining area and patio doors leading to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and guest toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor they are bright and airy both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, some with a view of the lake and distant ocean-view and one bedroom located on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom.
