Overview
Villa Atlantico Norte is a magnificent four-bedroom villa, with fantastic views to the San Lorenzo Golf course located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Quinta do Lago resort and a short drive from the beach, a wide range of restaurants and shops.
Constructed on two floors the decoration combines a mixture of modern and ethnic style. On the ground floor, there is the living/dining/reading shared room, the kitchen, a storage room, the utility room, two bedrooms and a cloakroom. On the first floor, there is a TV room and two further bedrooms.
The dining area has a table ideal for eight persons and a fireplace, further on there is the leaving area where there are two sofas overlooking the pool terrace through the large sliding windows. The reading area has panoramic views over the golf course.
The white wooden kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
On the first floor of the property you can find a TV room with a flat screen TV equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and a surround BOSE sound system.
The accommodation comprises four en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two twin en-suite bedrooms and on the first floor two doubles, also en-suite. Both ground floor bedrooms have sliding doors that give access to the terrace and the swimming pool area. The upper floor bedrooms have their own private spacious balconies.
On the exterior, there is a dining area, with a table that can seat up to 8 people, perfect for al fresco meals, a gas barbeque and a sink. The infinity pool can be heated upon request and is surrounded by several lounging areas and a beautiful landscaped garden.
