Casa da Vargem II, is set in a plot of two properties, located in the warm and sunny municipality of Ponta do Sol, in a privileged area of excellent sun exposure and sea view. The property has large green areas surrounding the properties, as well as a beautiful organic garden cared by Mrs. Fatima, which treats the wide variety of herbs available.
To complete the good outdoor spaces, the property has a wonderful shared swimming pool with an infinity sea view and a hot tub where you can take your stress-free bath in comfort.
Inside, the decor blends with the modern architectural features that stand out through simplicity and good taste. The house has one bedroom with double bed; bathroom; and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity is 2 people.
The house is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby is a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. The house is 6 minutes from Ponta do Sol village centre. Here you will find several restaurants, a café, and some shops. In Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, there are supermarkets and some local shops. The airport is 40 minutes by car and the city of Funchal is 25 minutes.
