Casa Jaume is ideally situated towards the top of the hill leading down to the international yacht marina, where you can moor your boat and enjoy a meal from the excellent choice of quayside restaurants nearby whilst watching the world go by. The very pleasant sandy cove Calo des Pou is only a short walk away towards Cala Egos, or you can take a leisurely stroll around the marina to the Cala Gran cove and central Cala D'Or. Cala d'Or tennis club with floodlit clay courts is just two minutes walk where you will find excellent professional coaching is also available.
Can Jaume is built to a high standard with excellent comfortable furnishings and fittings. Upon entering from the main entrance on the front terrace is the open plan living/dining room which includes an iPod docking station, Flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The well designed and practical modern kitchen has hand-made teak fittings, walk-in pantry and utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and safety deposit box. Guests cloakroom with WC.
From the kitchen, steps lead down to the rear terrace and swimming pool area with brick built BBQ. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom each have en-suite bath/shower room.
Upstairs, the Master double bedroom has full en-suite bath/shower room, whilst a further attractive twin bedroom also has en-suite bath/shower room - both these bedrooms open onto the large furnished upper sun terrace with fine views towards the yacht marina. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
