The villa offers beautiful views across the gardens to the distant mountains of the Formentor Peninsula. On the ground floor there is a lounge with open fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor - both twins. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished in traditional Mallorcan style. These bedrooms rooms share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. An internal staircase leads out of the lounge to an open-plan lovely double bedroom with antique Mallorcan furniture. This room also has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with fantastic views over countryside to the mountains. The layout - with most of the rooms on the ground floor - makes Katerina a great house for families with young children, or for those with walking difficulties.
Outside, Katerina is surrounded by exceptionally well-designed and relaxing gardens, full of palms, cacti, Mediterranean shrubs and tall trees. There is a lovely pool surrounded by a sun-terrace and wide lawns. A covered terrace runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden and pool. This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy meals whilst looking across to the distant mountains.
