Villa Meloneras Hills is a luxury property with 4 exclusively designed bedrooms and private pool, situated in the elegant area of Meloneras in the south of Gran Canaria within walking distance of Meloneras beach, bars, restaurants, and shops.. This holiday villa has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay such as oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave...etc. In addition this house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
The spacious living room is very bright, has Smart Tv, and direct access to the garden terrace and sunbeds, which is also equipped with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower next to the private heated pool (with a supplement). Please notice that the bedroom (with a king size bed and bathroom) is located in the basement and has no windows.
