Casita Londres is a contemporary frontline golf villa that offers amazing mountain side views in a tranquil and serene environment . Located just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas and only a short drive to Mijas Pueblo, it is the perfect villa for those who enjoy the tranquility of a semi rural location, but only be a stones throw from the infamous towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
This 6 bedroom villas has been recently renovated and no stone has been left unturned nor any expense spared. Built over 3 levels and situated on a private plot this villa offers the most spectacular views of the 1st and 2nd holes on the golf course. With plenty of places to relax outside you can socialise, entertain and dine in comfort and style.
Although the villa has a very contemporary decor you can still see the evidence of a traditional Spanish style. As you walk into the villa you cannot help but be impressed with the gorgeous views over the fairway. Between the large windows and the open plan living throughout the lounge, dining area and kitchen you really get a sense of space, views and comfort. In the living room you can relax on the plush soft sofas and watch the 54 inch television or perhaps soak up the panoramic views of the gardens, infinity pool and golf course.
The kitchen is a fully equipped American style with all modern appliances and breakfast bar. To the right of the kitchen you will find the first bedroom which has a super King bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite with both bath and shower as well as 48in TV. On this level there are also two further bedrooms one offering twin beds and an ensuite bathroom and the other a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The guest bathroom has a full size bath, shower, WC and 2 hand basins.
Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed, fitted wardrobes with a safe, a 48 inch TV, luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and double hand basins, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be made into a double as well as a 32 inch television. The third bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is also a Sonos system throughout the property. In the Winter months you can take advantage of the under floor heating for those colder evenings.
Outside you can take a dip in the infinity pool or relax and read a book on one of the sunbeds. Have a glass of champagne and sit in the jacuzzi or light up the BBQ and prepare a feast for evenings of al fresco dining outdoors. On the lower floor you can also enjoy the games room where you will find a pool table, TV, Bar, seating and kitchenette with integrated refrigerator. All in all this outside area is the perfect area where the whole family can sit, relax, play, eat and drink in comfort.
