The living room has 2 sofas with 3 seats, a footrest, fireplace, a flat screen TV with English spoken channels and Wi-Fi.
The basement has a games room with a pool table and a ping pong table for the delight of both youngsters and adults.

The exterior of the villa is one of the highlights, the contemporary architecture of the house blends in perfectly with the many pine trees and the green of the golf course. The overflow swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5m and is surrounded by a wooden deck where plenty of sun loungers await you.

Garden furniture such as sofas and armchairs are also available both by the pool and also on the terrace upstairs, also accessible from the outside. The outdoor space is simply wonderful and ideal for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course and surroundings.
