Villa Primorsko is situated in the upper part of the Duće area of Omis, only 250m from the beach, overlooking the coast, mountains, and the island of Brač. Duće area is famous for many beautiful sandy beaches that are perfect for families, several restaurants within walking distance, mini markets, supermarkets, small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river (2km) with many historical and natural attractions including many opportunities for active holidays like white-water rafting, zip-line, boat tours, canyoning, free climbing and more. Only a half-hour drive to the famous town of Split (22 km) with its famous world-historical monuments, great old town with Diocletian palace and many restaurants. It's the perfect place to explore this amazing Riviera, with the Cetina river surrounded by mountains. Also, you can take a day tour and visit Makarska riviera, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within 1-3 hour distance so you can visit them all while staying in your villa.
Villa Primorsko is a brand new and spacious 4-bedroom villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces. The villa presents 4 en-suite bedrooms with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a nicely decorated living room. Carefully selected blue and white tones for the interior inspire a feeling of calm and comfort of the coastal atmosphere. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the homeowner that will be on hand throughout your holiday. The Villa offers modern eclectic interior design of 270sqm living area that is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, located on a fully fenced 340 sqm property, all exclusively for you.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool with hydro-massage, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, a comfy lounge corner, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area with a dining table for 8 people with a barbecue, a TV and a fridge. From every corner of the property, you are overviewing the sea and the island Brač. Few steps below is a room with a spacious Finnish sauna, a Treadmill, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The ground floor offers a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven....and more) with an exit to the pool area. There is a living and dining area overlooking the pool and sea, offering comfortable sofas with a flat-screen TV, A/C, a dining area for 8 people, and a direct approach to the outdoor dining area and pool. Few steps up there is a separate toilet.
The first floor offers Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed , TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom No2 with a king-size bed , TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a balcony with sea views (shared with Bedroom No1). Few steps up take you to a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing corner.
