They say you never actually know how good a company is until you have to rely on them for support in the tough times - well changing rules and mismatched government Covid guidelines must certainly be tough times for SPL Villas to be managing through too, but there was no hiding behind any small print T&C’s, we received a full refund and clear, timely communications throughout an unsettling time. We were so disappointed when the Spanish government changed the rules on 1st December, meaning that we couldn’t enter the country with our two teenagers that have only been single vaccinated.
The only thing that made the situation bearable was the support we received from SPL Villas. They were absolutely superb and 100% stood by their Covid-19 free cancellations. We still hope to be able to visit Villa Causel sometime soon and would book this or one of the many other stunning properties in a heartbeat.
Highly recommend booking with SPL Villas for peace of mind in these current times. A quality operation that take customer service seriously.
