Villa Belva is a brand new villa located only 1.5km from small Mediterranean town Omiš, Cetina river and sandy beach, offering opened and panoramic sea views. Perfectly organized for a very comfortable stay for a family gathering for a total of 8 people. It is impeccably equipped in a modern and luxurious style containing simply everything needed for a comfortable holiday. In a very quiet and private environment and again so close to the centre of Omiš.
With panoramic sea views, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunrise or a sunset over the Adriatic.
The outdoor area with swimming pool and sun deck area a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, fridge, and covered outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and an outdoor shower.
On the lower ground floor (next to the garage) is an air-conditioned room with a pool table and a sitting area, next to it is a playroom with TV, game console PS4, free WiFi, A/C a great place for children all ages and also a sofa can open into a bed if needed. Outdoor offers 4 parking places, next to one garage place, and a car is recommended for this location.
The ground floor level (the pool level) offers a bedroom with a king-size bed (can separate into 2 singles), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and sea views. There is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with a dining area and a terrace with sea views, free WiFi, next to it is a spacious living room with a TV that also has an exit to the terrace. A separate toilet and a washing machine next to it.
An internal staircase takes you to the 1st floor which offers 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and with sea views.

Villa Belva is situated in a quiet area above town Omiš, offering panoramic views over the city, Adriatic sea, the coast, the islands, and the Fortica fortress (attractive walking trail to the fortress is near villa). There is an opportunity of hiring additional services with pour help like grocery delivery, hiring a chef (agreed at booking), daily boat tours, rafting, zip-line, renting bikes, and other activities in Omiš or at Cetina rive to make your stay at Villa Sunset more interesting. Located only 25km far, you can visit wonderful Mediterranean pearl, famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of thrones serial. Also, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
