Brand new Villa Laguna with private pool and  jacuzzi, a media room, 6 bedrooms, and just 70 from the beach , is fully equipped with all the amenities a modern guest needs for his relaxed and well-deserved vacation. It is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, PS4, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and two living rooms, and all offered is organized on 3 levels (floors) with a pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop with amazing sea views. Villa itself is easily accessible, and the last 150m is a white road, absolute privacy at the property is guaranteed. There are 5 parking places secured in front of the property.

The outdoor rooftop area is fully fenced and consists of a private swimming pool 9m x 4m, a Hot Tub,10 deck chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and from this area, you have a panoramic view of the seaside, islands and you can watch amazing sunsets.

Outdoor staircase takes you below to the 3rd floor where you have an outdoor dining area for 14 people with a barbecue (gas) and a laundry room next to it. The main entrance takes you inside to the first living and dining room and offers; a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, sofa, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for your culinary expertise, a dining area, and from each corner you have amazing sea views because of the floor to ceiling glass walls. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower.

Internal staircase takes you down to the 2nd floor with 4 bedrooms. Bedroom No1 with double bed , A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a huge terrace with sea views (shared with bedroom No 2 and 3); A Bedroom No 2 with double bed , A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a huge terrace with sea views; A Bedroom No3 with double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a huge terrace with sea views; A Bedroom No4 with double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and view on nature and olive trees.

Outdoor staircase takes you to the 1st-floor level where you have a second living and dining area and offers a cozy living room with sofa (that can convert into a sofa bed), TV, A/C, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate family bathroom with a shower. There is a Media Room with a PS4, flat-screen TV, A/C, and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. A Bedroom No 5 with double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower and amazing sea views. Villas in Omis

Villa Laguna is very modern, spacious, and nicely organized interior located on a 570 sqm plot. It is nestled in the very nice seaside village Pisak that is between Makarska riviera and riviera of Omiš, with very nice pebble beaches, cute and typical Mediterranean center with restaurants and shops (500m) and crystal clear sea. The nice pebble beaches in the town are situated around the seaside promenade; if you walk a bit from there in the north you can find smaller coves with privacy. There is a nice and very private beach just under the villa, 70m far, with a bit of a steep walking trail to get to it. Villa has located only 10km from Brela, a famous tourist place with many restaurants and beautiful beaches, also only 17km far from Omiš and Cetina river where many activities and attractions are organized, for example, rafting, zip-line, boat tours, free climbing, canoeing, and more. The closest highway exit is Sestanovac, which is about 17 km from Pisak; if you drive on the coastal road, just follow the road from Omis direction Makarska or vice versa, the road to Pisak is well signed so you can’t miss it.
