The property itself nestled on the 1.350 sqm plot offers 300sqm of the useful interior. It can accommodate a max of 8 people and has a parking lot for 5 cars on the private property, fenced.
The Outdoor area offers: A private pool with a no-Chlorine system, a counter-current swimming program, a geyser, a hydromassage; a Jacuzzi (Hot-tub) for 5 people; an outdoor shower; 8 deck chairs with sun-umbrella; a relaxing lounge corner; a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people (with a direct approach to the indoor kitchen) with a gas grill. There is also an outdoor Table Tennis behind the jacuzzi area.
The Ground floor offers: A spacious living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV, A/C, free WiFi, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a wine cooler, a microwave oven, a filter coffee maker...and all the amenities of a modern guest needs for showing your culinary expertise. A fun zone area with a TV, a PlayStation 4, A/C, a Treadmill, and some weights. A Bedroom No1 with king-size bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers a bedroom No2 with king-size bed , A/C, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture (pool view), and it can be approached from every bedroom on the first floor. A Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed (can be converted into two single beds ; A/C, en suite bathroom with a shower and exit to the terrace. A Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower and an exit to the terrace. Every bedroom is very spacious and comfortable and is equipped with high-quality mattresses and pillows for your relaxing stay.

Villa Lukovi is located in the small village Čišla (the hinterland of Omiš) offering absolute privacy in a very quiet and unspoiled environment. It is only 27km (30 min drive) to the famous town Split with its great history and 9 km (10 min drive) from small Mediterranean town Omiš, sandy, and pebble beach, Cetina river, many restaurants, and many activities that small town Omiš offer. The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina river offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water sports...and many more. The nearest minimarket is 1km away, the nearest supermarket is 9km away (Omiš), the nearest local restaurant is 3km away and the highway (exit-entrance Blato n/C) is only 9km away from the villa. The owners of the villa Lukovi are running two famous restaurants on the Cetina river and they have a great deal for guests staying in villa.
