This is the ideal accommodation for bigger families or friends who want to spend time together for a vacation, exploring what this part of Croatia offers, and then again having total privacy in separated apartments.

The villa consists of 5 apartments offered as one unit to one bigger group, it can accept a maximum of 14 persons. On the ground floor is a large playroom with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and two toilets. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Omis, Croatia - you’ve found it.

A private pool with dramatic sea views

Outside,  between the first and second floors there is an exit from the hall toward covered, spacious outdoor dining area for the whole group with barbecue and summer kitchen, from here you are approaching the pool and sundeck area. Holiday villas in Croatia with swimming pools aren’t hard to come by, but Villa Panoramski’s private 50 square metre pool is hard to beat. With a large sundeck area and 10 wooden deckchairs, the villa offers complete privacy, with views of the ocean and mountain to boot.

Ample space for large groups and families

The first floor offers Apartment No.1 and Apartment No.2. Each has one spacious bedroom (double bed) with a balcony, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with living & dining area, TV, A/C and sofa bed, direct exit on the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, and amazing panoramic sea views.

On the second floor is the same disposition, Apartment No.3, and Apartment No.4, each with bedroom (double bed) with balcony, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with living & dining area and sofa bed, direct exit on the terrace also on the southside with sea views.

The third floor offers spacious Apartment No 5. with 3 bedrooms all with a double bed. Two have an exit on a balcony, and an additional sofa bed for one person, and the third bedroom has a direct exit on a huge terrace. There are also two bathrooms with showers, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and exit to a huge terrace with outdoor furniture, 3 deckchairs, and amazing, panoramic sea views.
