The nearest store and bakery is in a village called Cere just a 4 minute drive away. You can find many traditional restaurants and mini markets in the quaint villages of Kanfanar and Zminj, alternatively you can reach the larger town of Labin in 20 minutes for a wider selection of amenities. You can also find the lovely Trget Bay within a 20 minute drive, making this villa a good choice to explore the beautiful Istrian countryside.
The Villa extends over two floors, comprising of one smaller house with a separate entrance plus a larger main house also with it's own entrance. In one house there is a living room, dining area, and kitchen with 5 beds, three bathrooms and twin room in the attic. While in the other, there is also a living room together with kitchen and dining room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are comfortable including traditional stone walls throughout.
Outside provides a welcoming private pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a fantastic, covered, summer kitchen including a barbecue where you can dine alfresco next to the pool.
