On the ground floor opposite is a separate entrance and a garden of neighbours who do not have access to the garden of Casa Barbici. On the first floor you can find air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Barbici is a semi detached Villa.
Although built in 1943 it was renovated to a good standard in 2013, and now boasts a range of traditional facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this lovely house offers a peaceful retreat for anyone wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. The property would suit a family or friends looking for a peaceful location, and be within easy access of the nearby resort of Porec. A day trip to Venice by catamaran is recommended excursion that is available from Porec.
