On entering you will find a spacious and bright open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin bedroom en-suite. Access to your private swimming pool and garden is through the patio doors in the sitting room.
Directly at the top of the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms both en-suite. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds, air-conditioning and is en-suite with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is a double en-suite room with full bath AC and access to the shared balcony overlooking the garden and private pool.
Surrounding Villa Kings Paradise you will find the private garden, oval shaped swimming pool, Cypriot barbeque, and alfresco dining area and the beautiful sandy Coral Bay beach is a mere 900m from the villa.
