The villa has immediate access to the beach via a path and plenty uncut 360 views to the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos across. It is perfectly located close to all amenities and makes a perfect base for a family holiday.
Melissani villa sleeps easily 10 people in its 5 generously sized en-suite bedrooms. At the ground floor level spreads a spacious open plan living area and terrace to admire the sunset diving into the sea. Two kitchens and a large dining area make a large family’s stay so comfortable. This level offers also 2 twin bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
On the top floor of the villa you will find 2 double bedrooms ensuite and 2 more twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
The lower ground floor offers a large play room. The villa has its own private pool surrounded by perfectly landscaped and lawned gardens, stone built BBQ and lots of comfy outdoor sitting sets.
The southwestern coastline including Ai Helis Beach features many of the most beautiful beaches that are all a few minutes’ drive away, while the island’s main town, Argostoli, is only 10 minutes’ drive away
