At the ground floor includes you can find the main bedroom, the kitchen with a dining area which flows on to a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, oven, fridge and washing machine. The large dining table can sit up to 8 people. Next to the dining area, a comfortable lounge includes 2 sofas next to the TV area and across from the large windows overlooking the pool area, garden, and sea views. Here you can sit and relax while enjoying your favourite movies on the large TV or listening to music over a cup of tea or a nice drink.
The large windows allow you to enjoy throughout the day the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky and sun. Directly in front of the living area lies a large, covered verandas with pergola.
There awaits a comfortable outdoor lounge area with two traditionally built seating benches and a dining room for eight people. Next to it, the amazing swimming pool area where you can spend most of the day facing the amazing beach and the crystal-clear waters of the sea. Commode deck chairs and umbrellas are in the pool and help you to enjoy the warmth of the Sun of Kos. Fitted wardrobes provide even more space for the visitors.
