The stone-built complex “Apanema” Villas are a luxurious traditional collection of guest-house's with a private pool . It is located in a beautiful, picturesque village in Lefkada towards the centre of the island, called Asprogerakata. Asprogerakata sits , 9km from the town of Lefkada.
Made up of 4 separate Villas this is an ideal retreat for families and friends who wish to holiday together , but have all the privacy of separate villas, while enjoying the pool and outside space together. The villas fit naturally into the untouched, unindustrialized surrounding environment. It offers complete serenity away from traffic , it welcomes you and it hopes to be a refuge for even the more demanding guests.
Three villas are single-storey and have 1 bedroom, they have an open planned space for kitchen and living room where a sofa can be turned into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. In each villa there is also a fireplace for your winter vacations. They also have a bedroom with a double bed and a bath, and they can easily accommodate a family of four.
The largest villa has three levels has 2 bedrooms. The main entrance is on the second floor where there are the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a sofa that can be turned into a double bed and a WC.
Going upstairs, you can find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom while going downstairs you can find another bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom.
Outside, there is a lovely pool alongside sun beds.
