This large, detached villa has the benefit of a gorgeous sea view and private pool. Cala dei Ginepri beach is approximately 350 meters via a downhill path. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance, while the nearest supermarket is in Baia Sardinia along with cafes, shops and restaurants overlooking the sea.
With outdoor living in mind, the barbecue is equipped with a sink and 4 burners as well as an authentic pizza oven. The large veranda from the living room enjoys a beautiful sea view that frames the swimming pool while the sun terrace provides views of Cala dei Ginepri and Cannigione. On a clear day it is possible to see La Maddalena Island, Tremonti and Baja Sardinia.
