Villa Pevero Hills 1 is located in a fantastic location close to the glitzy resort of Porto Cervo and the famous Pevero Golf Club. The villa is just a ten minute drive from Porto Cervo with its exclusive marina and exclusive waterfront bistros and designer shops. This modern villa sits perfectly to admire the sea views of this wonderful coastline. The white sandy beaches along the Costa Smeralda coast are within a short drive including the beaches of Liscia Ruja, Celvia, Capriccioli and Romazzino. From the veranda you can admire beautiful views in total privacy and with all comforts combined. The villa is at about 900 meters from Abbiadori where you can find a small offering of supermarkets, tobacconist, pharmacy, cafes, ice cream parlours, and restaurants.
