Located in the popular resort of Vale do Lobo, Villa Por Do Sol is a beautiful five bedroom villa with one of the most privileged and unique positions within the whole estate.
The elevated and strategic position of the villa makes it one of the most in demand and popular villas in the resort benefiting from extraordinary Atlantic ocean views. I'ts just a short walk from the Vale do Lobo beach plus from the famous “Praça” where a wide choice of restaurants and bars are located.
Set on two levels, on the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room, the lounge, a cloakroom and three bedrooms. On the first floor, there are a further two bedrooms and a private terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven and toaster and is open plan to the dining room which has a large glass window so you can appreciate the garden views.
The comfortable and spacious lounge comprises a flat screen TV equipped with an English spoken language channel system and a DVD player. From the lounge you can access the pool and garden terrace through the patio French windows.
The accommodation on the ground floor is composed of: a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room. On the first floor is the master en-suite double bedroom with a king size double bed and access to a balcony with fantastic sea views. Still on the top floor is a small twin en-suite bedroom which has access from the exterior of the house through the private terrace.
Villa Por Do Sol is equipped with air conditioning in the lounge and in the upper floor bedrooms upon request at additional cost.
Outside you will find a mature and well maintained garden with mature shrubs and palm trees and colourful flowers ideal for relaxing or sunbathing while enjoying the sea views or to appreciate the most beautiful sunset late afternoon.
The swimming pool, which has a rectangular shape, measures approximately 12m x 5m and can be heated upon request.
A built in charcoal barbecue is also available so you can enjoy the sensation of nature the most while having a nice and informal meal.
