Overview
This traditional Menorcan farmhouse is located close to Alaior, a town where one will find all local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc.). As the town is situated in the centre of the island, both north coast beaches (Pregonda, Binimelá, playas de Fornells, Arenal d’en Castell) and south coast beaches (Santo Tomás, Biigaus, Son Bou, Calan Porter) can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The capital Mahon, with its natural harbour and variety of bars, restaurants and shops, is 10 minute drive from the property. Vehicle is necessary.
The farmhouse is surrounded by countryside in all directions and is completely private. There is a large patio at the entrance of the property, and to the left of this a pretty garden with a grass lawn area near the swimming pool. At the side of the property there is a large pergola providing shade, furnished with garden sofas and table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a stone barbeque next to this area. Shade is also provided by the small woodland which can be accessed via steps at the back of the house.
Finca Savannah has been refurbished and is tastefully decorated with quality and comfortable wood furniture. The property is set on two floors:
Ground Floor: lounge, 2 dining rooms, kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite full bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower room.
