Overview
Villa Rosalia is located in Son Ganxo, a residential area on the south-east coast of the island close to the popular little resort of Punta Prima. There are rock platforms to access the sea 100m from the villa, and both Punta Prima and Binibeca beach are 5 minutes drive in opposite directions. Punta Prima offers a selection of restaurants, shops and cafes overlooking it's sandy beach. San Luis town, where all local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc) can be found, is less than 10 minutes by car. Vehicle is necessary.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The large swimming pool is surrounded by artificial grass. Connected to the lounge and kitchen is a covered porch furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and garden sofas for relaxing in the shade.
The villa has been decorated with comfortable furniture and is distributed over two floors:
Entrance floor (accessed via steps): lounge, kitchen/dining room, utility room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Upper floor (accessed via 3 steps): 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
