This villa is located in the complex "Salobre Villas", which has only 6 houses, in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria. Beautiful beaches like Maspalomas, Meloneras or Amadores are only a few minutes away by car.
This modern villa has 3 double bedrooms: two of them on the upper floor, with two single beds each, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has large sliding doors that provide direct access to the outside area.
Inside Salobre Villa 6 there is a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine... It also has a cosy living room with Smart TV and satellite connection, a dining area and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The exterior of this villa has an outdoor dining area, a rest area, a built in barbecue, a natural grass area with sun beds and a large private swimming pool that can be heated (with a supplement).
