Villa Mramor is a newly built, beachfront villa furnished with high quality, offering very comfortable accommodation for 8+2 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a terrace. Fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, open concept living and dining area, a Media Room with PS4 and Netflix, a Jacuzzi.
Heated private pool, and amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and island Brač from almost every corner. The Interior is very well organized, modern and light, giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences.
Villa Mramor is located only 10 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, mini markets, local bus station, 2 km far from Omiš and the Cetina river.
The outdoor offers a covered dining area with a barbecue and direct entrance to the living area, a private heated pool, a Jacuzzi with amazing sea views, a spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs.
The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and very nicely decorated living area with TV, WiFi, A/C a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all of the required appliances, a dining area with a glass door toward the pool area, and direct exit to the covered outdoor dining area. There is also a Media room with a sofa (can convert into a sofa bed) TV, PS4, Netflix, and a Toilet. From this level, a few steps down takes you to bedroom No1 full of light and sun.
The lower ground floor offers a spacious Bedroom No1 with king-size bed a futon, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, and exit to a terrace with a table for two. . At this level, there is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, approachable from the hallway. The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) with a Master bedroom No2 with a king-size bed A/C, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with sea and pool views.
Few steps up from this level take you to the first-floor level offering Bedroom No3 with king-size bed with a balcony and sea views, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower with its own exit to the balcony; a Bedroom No4 with king-size bed, a futon, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has glass walls and amazing and panoramic sea views.
Villa Mramor is positioned above the coastal road in Duće, and there are 4 garage places secured. The property is fully fenced .
Located near the small town of Omiš and Cetina river that offers many sandy and pebble beach, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town.
You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea that is very inviting. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets.
