Overview
Villa Xenos II is a luxury villa near the organized beach of Tigaki where you can find water sports and many fine restaurants bars and shops at the very popular Tigaki village.
Villa Xenos II is an ideal family or group holiday rental in a central location. The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.
The ground floor has a large, garden view bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and hydro-massage shower cabin. Next to the bathroom is the Gym room.
The first floor has 2 sea view bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with bathtub and a sea view studio with twin beds, kitchenette, and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is the living room with fitted kitchen fireplace and a bathroom. There is a large veranda with a very beautiful sea view over the Aegean Sea and island of Kalimnos. At the south side of the sitting room, there are 2 very large windows facing the largest mountain of the island Dikaios
There is a garden with lawn and about 30 trees (banana, apricot, orange, lemon, avocado and palm trees)
